↘️CANCEL ORDER
Your order will be processed within 4 hours from the time of placement. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@painreliefperfected.com during this time period. We will process your cancellation request promptly.
After 4 hours from the time of order placement, the order will be automatically processed by our system and transferred to the shipping department based on the information you provided. In this case, we will not be able to cancel the order you have placed.
🔁EXCHANGES
Our exchanges policy ensures that customers can quickly receive the desired product by returning their current item. However, the exchange request must adhere to the specific regulations of our return policy. Once the return is confirmed and accepted, customers can independently proceed with purchasing the new product.
↩️RETURNS
Customers can return goods if they receive the wrong product, the product is damaged, the product is defective or the product does not work. We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must have been sold on our online store and be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@painreliefperfected.com and send the imagine of your order, product, packcage and reason of your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will only be charged for return shipping costs (non-refundable); no restocking fee to be charged for the return of a product.

🔄 REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
↔️EXCEPTIONS ( non-returnable items )
We do not accept returns for the following types of items:
· Products with a short shelf life.
· Custom-made or personalized items, including special orders.
· Items on sale or those that come with a gift card promotion.

We are not liable for issues related to package delivery in the following situations:
· Incorrect Address: If the shipping address provided does not match the delivery address, resulting in a failed delivery.
· Lost or Stolen Packages: If the system confirms that the package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, the package may have been lost or stolen. You are encouraged to contact the carrier to report the issue and seek a resolution.
