·    The shipping method will be selected based on the fastest option to your location.

·   We will provide you with a tracking number once your items are shipped.

·    Please note that, except for the European Union, we are not responsible for any import duties or customs fees that may apply when importing our products into another country.

🔺 DELAYED DELIVERY:

        In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we do not have control over customs or any unexpected delays that may occur en route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.

 

📦 UNCLAIMED ORDERS:

       Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel or change the shipping address as your order might have already been processed.
